CLOTTED CREAM is the quintessentially English delight to compliment strawberry jam or blackcurrent jam on scones, available in Davao City an absolute requirement if throwing a tea party where scones are served. If you do not offer clotted cream with scones then you have missed the point of the Tea Party, and the Queen would not have been happy !!!
