Made with sharp cheddar cheese, freshly sliced onions, a little potato, herbs and a hint of spice in a creamy sauce are exactly as you would expect in a pub up-North. Baked to perfection in a short-crust pastry base with a puff pasty top (or any combination thereof) and egg-washed full-cover top. Supplied freshly-baked or frozen.
